Autodata reported that spending, on average, was $3,601 per unit a decrease from $3,722 per unit in October 2017.
Here’s a look at what Autodata reported:

The highest average incentive belonged to Chrysler at $5,685 per unit for non-luxury brands. Subaru had an average of only $1,165 per unit and that was an increase of 9% versus October 2017.
